Payment Terms
- Due Before Delivery: All product must be paid in full before delivery via ACH or check.
- Branded Chemistry Financing: Available through Rabo Agrifinance and John Deere Financial.
- Generic / Unbranded Financing: Eligible for in-house financing (Growers Edge or CFI Financial), pending approval.
We keep financing straightforward, transparent, and tailored to your operation.
Tote Purchase Options
Every acre is different — your order sizes should be too.
- Minimum Order: 50 gallons
- No Full-Tote Requirement: Buy exactly what you need
- Custom-Filled Generics: Filled to your exact gallon needs — no leftovers.
- Storage-Friendly: Avoid tying up capital or tote space during winter
This flexibility is extremely rare in wholesale distribution and is designed for growers who demand precision.
Product Returns
Return Eligibility:
- Branded Products: Fully returnable
- Generic Products: Returnable unless purchased under “No Return, Full Tote”
Purchase Paths
- Standard Purchase: Order 50+ gallons with full return rights.
No Return, Full Tote Program
- Full 250–275 gallon totes at discounted pricing.
- Non-returnable but provides maximum savings.
Return Requirements
- Must be in original condition
- Top seal must be intact
- Totes may be partially used if the seal is unbroken
Slippage Deduction: Returned volumes are subject to a normal deduction of 2–4 gallons, as totes cannot be fully emptied. Credits reflect actual recoverable product.
Timeliness:
- Returns must be communicated as soon as they are expected.
- -Pre-Emerge herbicides: Due back by June 15
- -Post-Emerge herbicides: Due back by July 15
- -Fungicides & insecticides: Due back by September 15
